Сегодня мне пришло очередное письмо от суппорта рыб.
С месяц назад у меня жутко прыгал пинг и я накатал запрос рыбам.
Вот что ответили (спустя месяц):

When you have some time try these steps for me, then report back with any changes you see in-game along with another trace route and ping test. I'd like to see if these have any affect on the spikes seen in your ping results.
Search for and run regedit.exe through your Start Menu search box
In the left pane of the Regedit window, navigate through the following folders:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Microsoft > Windows NT > CurrentVersion > Multimedia > SystemProfile
After selecting the SystemProfile folder, you should see an item in the right pane named NetworkThrottlingIndex. Double-click the item.
In the 'Edit DWORD (32-bit) Value' window that pops up, replace the Value Data with "ffffffff" (with no quotes; you should be able to copy and paste that text string into the value data box for sake of ease) and ensure that the Hexadecimal option is checked. Click OK.
Reboot your machine.
Run MWO and test for any similar connection drops/unknown failure messages. Run a trace route and ping test, and check to see if you still get a high ping spike in the process.

Не могу со 100% уверенностью утверждать, но кажется пинг стал статичным, т.е. он будет все время одной цифрой в пределах одной игры.
я сыграл 2 игры и в первом случае пинг был 175, весь бой и не сдвигался
во втором 171-172.
Если это реально работает это значит что хитрег должен быть более стабилен.
Предлагаю попробовать и отписаться про результат.
